    2 Piece small 18th Century regal outfit
    Designed by the late Billy Mendibles, this burgundy brocade, chiffon & lace late 19th Century ensemble has a 32" bust but the waist on the skirt is elastic so is adjustable. There are snaps on the bottom of the shoulderless top to secure it to the skirt. It' used to rent for from my now closed costume shop. I had a 0 sale price on it.
