This is the real deal!  Handmade antique flapper suffragette necklace
In colors of green  violet and white (clear)  Colors are symbols for the movement:

Design pattern is same on both sides of necklace
Necklace is sautoir style with no closure clasp
The woven material started at one end and finished with the fringe at the other.  No knots in fringe to prevent bead loss. If wearing the necklace I recommend knotting the loose ends
