ANTIQUE ArtDeco 1920s Black Cut Steel Loom BEADED 30''L FLAPPER SAUTOIR NECKLACE

Description

This is a stunning antique Art Deco 1920's black cut steel micro beaded loom style woven Sautoir Flapper necklace. The woven parts have a geometric diamond design. The center motif measures 1.50" wide and 3" long at the center front and has interlaced, looped, twisted fringes on the bottom. There are 7 strands of beads in between the loomed sections on the straps which are 9/16" wide. The inside flat neck length is 15"; the overall flat length is 18".
There is one fringe loop missing-there is a short strand of beads which is secure-it must have been repaired at one point along with one strand at the back neck which has some missing beads but it was secured. This is in very good shape considering the age & delicate nature of the bead work.
