We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk. Holiday Ground Deadline
Ground orders placed before 1 PM CST on 12/15/2020 are guaranteed to ship prior to Christmas. (Please take into consideration the 2-3 day lead time on ground orders during the month of December.) Ground orders placed after 1 PM CST on 12/15/2019 are not guaranteed to ship prior to the holiday closing. We will continue to ship orders out in the order in which they were received and make every effort to ship every order we receive through  12/20/2019 by 10 AM CST.
Holiday Air Shipping Deadline
The deadline for guaranteed shipping of an air order prior to Christmas is 12/18/2019 at 1 pm CST All air orders placed after 1 PM CST on 12/21/2019 may not ship until 12/28/2019.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available only by shipping next day air on Friday and requesting Saturday delivery n the shipping comments. Standard air options deliver Monday thru Friday only. Saturday delivery is the cost of Next Day air service plus an additional .50 and again is by special request only. We do not offer 2nd day air Saturday delivery service except under special promotions and offers. Transit times do not include the day a gift ships, Holidays, Saturday or Sunday. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and or shipped the next business day
If you find your item is not as described, or damaged please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. Please keep the paperwork with the package as it will have the correct return mailing information on the paperwork. Items must be unopened. UPS must be able to examine the original package at pickup.
