Leather Possibles or Messangers Bag, 18th - 19th C, reproduction, inside pockets

Description

Leather pouch great for reenactors for misc. equipment or as a messengers bag.  Has several interior pockets sewn into back perfect for holding writing instruments, fork, spoon, etc. if used as a small mess kit bag.   Very versatile.  Est. measurement of pouch is 10"x10".  Great for many various living history eras.  Appears handmade but sewn by machine.
One side of strap is adjustable by removing and repositioning the leather tie.  Other side has been sewing in place and tie is missing.
Brass tone button on front.
Is in good serviceable condition, some fading and could use a good application of leather treatment or saddle soap.  Leather is supple and in good condition besides wear seen in photos.  See photos for all details on condition, measurements, etc.
