PAIR OF CONTEMPORARY SANDRA ENTERLINE OXIDIZED STERLING GOLD SEED POD EARRINGS

Description

This is a pair of pre-owned signed earrings by the Contemporary Jeweler, Sandra Enterline, from San Francisco, CA.  I am guessing that this style is from the early 2000's.  The earrings are signed but the signature is hard to read, and I could not get a good photo of it.  It looked like it also had 22k written faintly.  Typically this style of a rounded or domed seed pod was constructed with an oxidized sterling silver hollow shape that was perforated, so the gold in the center could be seen.  The actual color of the patina is closer to the darker color as shown in the last photos.  The earrings are clip style and the pair weighs about 25 grams.
Measure:  about 1 1/2" long, by 1 1/8" wide, and about 1/2" deep.
These have some wear and uneven patination in the surface.  This does not detract from the overall appearance of these well crafted earrings from a prominent contemporary jewelry designer.
