    Description

    Rare Red Label Hudson Bay 3.5 Blanket Capote or Blanket Coat
    This capote or blanket coat will keep you warm and snug on your next rendezvous or reenactment. It is made from a red label Hudson Bay 3.5 vintage wool blanket that was washed prior to construction.  The blanket was in excellent condition for its age. There are no holes, pilling or
    odors
    .  The seams on the capote are machine sewn but the
    edges and trim are hand stitched.
    The capote closes with a matching hand-woven sash.
    I would consider the size to be up to a Large, but please check the following measurements:

    Length(nape to bottom) - 48 inches
    Width(across the top of back shoulders) -  20 inches
    Sleeve Length (Top of sleeve seam to bottom) -  27 inches
    Width of blanket (around under arms edge to edge) - 63  inches
