The brand new REPRO item is based exactly on the period style precious hard to find antiques in a country store. It is 8.5" tall with curved handle you gran onto, crimped round upper heat/smoke shield shield, and  round bottom crimped raised base with single candle holder.  Bottom socle will hold one modern sized taper candle, with a small split in rear to allow excess wax to drain out as in period construction. There is NO glass on the sides it is simply made as a primitive camping carry Candle Holder with rear handy grab on handle, say, to get you to the privy quickly at night and jump back in bed.
It has a pre aged black tin textured surface that looks lightly pebbled, so whatever you do, it will never look smoked out or dirty, as the all-over black finish is intended to protect and remain that way so no soot spoils a shiny patina--it already looks "lived in" and "lovingly used", yet this item is NEW waiting for YOU.  I am on my last piece, grab it to get IN and WIN.
I give you a pictorial tour of item and demo of how to hold it, the base sits steady and weighted so as not to fall over, see the bottom tin one inch tall ring and solid inner base. You can also use the finger loop at lower side towards you. The entire surface is black aged patina. Looks great in Cabin or Country Home too.
