Sewn of a tough cotton washable blend in vibrant mix of brown and tan floral on white background, the Petticoat is constructed with drawstring  channel adjustable waist via self ties (NO elastic!) with full length skirting measuring 43" long to go over a small hoop with full sweep below, lots of gathers, and machine sewn for stability. It comes with a matching wide Tie Sash to make a bow at waistline.
Measured across the waistline laid flat I get 17" across when doubled allows for 34" waist fit when gathered a shown above, and spread open more will give more roomy fit.  I call this Ladies Large to Extra Large crossover size.
Condition Report:  Brand new, ready to wear, smoke free, roomy, soft, and never tried on. This is ALL SALES FINAL and acceptance of honest report, call it a demo sample if you will.  I am closing out my 19th c line at basic pricing and will discontinue this era.
