Box is rather Damaged.  The dispenser itself is new in plastic with instructions.
My pictures tell the story. Please examine photos for accurate condition.  All pictures are all actual pictures of the item listed.  I do not use stock photos.  If a single item the merchandise will the pictures listed.  Sometimes I sell several of the same item.  Then I take pictures of only one of these items.
